Shipping & Delivery

Please be aware we currently ship to Australian addresses only at this time. We do however welcome International orders so if you are from overseas and are looking to buy wide brim hats, please contact us and we will be able to arrange delivery to your country.

Shipping Costs

We have tried to make shipping costs as transparent and fair as possible.

The standard cost to ship to any address within Australia is a flat rate of $9 for orders up to and including 5 hats. For orders of 6-10 hats a flat rate of $15 applies and for 11-20 hats a flat rate of $20 applies.

For all orders greater than 20 hats purchased via our online shop, postage is free!

International orders are welcome, however you will need to get in touch with your location and order information so we can quote suitable shipping costs (postage or courier).

How long will it take to receive my order?

We always try to keep a large variety of our wide brim hats on hand so we can usually ship your order on the same day you place your order (if it is before about 1pm WST). If you place your order after 1pm we may need to hold off shipping until the next business day.

Occasionally we may not have all items you order in stock, in which case we will let you know how long until they are back in stock and a revised delivery date.

Who will deliver my order?

At this stage we use Australia Post to ship most orders.

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

The standard Australia Post procedures apply, usually a card will be left indicating where you can collect your item from.

I haven’t received my order – now what?

On the rare occasion that delivery has taken longer than anticipated please email [email protected] Our friendly sales team will take a look at your order details and try to locate your order.

We believe 100% in our wide brim hats!

A large amount of time and effort has been taken to test and evaluate our unique wide brim hats and other sun safe products.

If you receive a faulty product, or the product does not meet your reasonable expectation of quality, please email [email protected] with your concerns. We’ll do our best to make sure your product is replaced or you are refunded the original purchase price.

We’d hate to think you were not happy with our Ozbrero products or our service.
